Make the culture tangible
Curiosity, learning and collaboration are abstract ideas until they become part of the spaces people share. This work translates them into a family of drawings and messages for Tathastu’s workplace. A restrained line and coral accent give the illustrations a common voice across rooms, corridors and print.
A line that connects ideas
An open hand holds a seedling or a lightbulb. Two hands meet in a handshake or connect puzzle pieces. A book opens to suggest learning. The recurring line makes each image feel related, while the coral shape identifies the action. This lets the system express several values without needing a new visual style for each one.
From the drawing to the room
At architectural scale, the illustrations work with the furniture and circulation. The open book stretches along a corridor; collaborative gestures sit above seating and around meeting areas. The photographs show the artwork in use, where a continuous visual thread links moments of movement, conversation and pause.
A more direct voice in print
The posters shift from visual metaphor to short, confident statements. Navy provides a calm field; coral picks out a thought or action. The newspaper advertisement turns that same energy into a recruitment message. Together, these applications show how the communication can change format while retaining its character.
Related work: a neighbourhood on the page
The Future Retail annual report is a separate editorial assignment completed at Idiom. Its cover develops from a rough arrangement of people into an illustrated neighbourhood. The book layout carries the story inward through structured spreads, illustration and report information. Shown together, the sketch, artwork and book demonstrate how an image develops into an editorial system.
